FAQ
How can I expect to receive my pictures?
Depending on the amount of pictures we get during the session, I tend to upload them and share the link as a Pic-Time Gallery. If it is a large album, I may share a cloud folder of the full gallery and ask you to select favorites and narrow down to be curated into a smaller gallery.
Downloadable images are at digital resolution. To download high resolution images for third party printing if you do not print directly from Pic-Time, please let me know.
What can I do in preparation for my session?
Make sure to wear something you feel comfortable in! I do like to walk a little here or there to get as many backgrounds as possible! If you are celebrating something, I may ask if you would like any props! I will be in touch 48 hours before our session to confirm and go over details with you.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
This is subject to my availability as I may have more than one photoshoot booked that day!
How can I book with you?
There is a 'Book Online' button on my 'Packages' page of this website which will take you to the contact form portion of my website. Please fill out all areas of the form and I will follow up with an email to work out the details and set up an appointment.
How do you accept payment?
I accept cash, card, ApplePay or Venmo. For hourly sessions, payment is calculated based on time used.
What is your turn around time?
For normal portrait sessions, typically same day or next day. It does depend on how busy I am in a given week. For larger events and albums please allow at least 5-7 days!
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required for group sessions larger than 8. This is refundable up to 7 days before scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes less than 7 days notice will require 50% of the session price to be paid for all packages.
